The article found that: 1) land is subject to a spatial aggregation effect; 2) land financial dependence and land marketization are in an "inverted U" shape, but the current stage of economic development and most cities still demonstrate a facilitating effect; 3) land financial dependence has a facilitating effect on different types of land marketization; 4) the impact of land financial dependence on land marketization is spatially and temporally heterogeneous in terms of motivation.
