In the afternoon of Nov. 23, Prof. Aleksandar Grubor, Dean of Faculty of Economics of University of Novi Sad, Serbia, Tomislav Sudarevi? and Dejan Jak?i?, both Associate Deans, visited IIDPF, and had an academic exchange meeting with our young teachers and student representatives. The meeting was held in the conference room on the 6th floor of Wenquan Building, the School of Public Finance and Taxation. Prof. Peng Langchuan, Prof. Tian Binbin, Ms. Li Lin and Mr. Hu Haiyan from the Department of Taxation; Prof. Wei Fucheng from the Department of Public Finance, Ms. Cheng Mingmei, Director of the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, and many doctoral and master students attended the meeting. The two sides exchanged views on mutual visits of teachers, academic exchanges and cooperation as well as student exchanges.
At the beginning of the meeting, teachers of IIDPF talked about their respective research fields and teaching courses, discussed conducting further cooperative research, and shared their teaching experiences, expecting to further promote the internationalization of academics and teaching through the exchange. After that, Tomislav Sudarevi?, Associate Dean of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Novi Sad, extended a sincere invitation for students to go to Serbia for exchange studies, introduced in detail the conditions, procedures and processes of the exchange, and answered the questions from student representatives on related issues. Finally, Serbian representatives sincerely invited teachers and students of IIDPF to go to Serbia for a short-term study visit.
This exchange meeting further strengthens the interaction and cooperation between the two sides in academic exchanges, and lays a good foundation for both sides to carry out more in-depth exchanges and cooperation.
