Fan Ziying, Chair Professor and PhD Supervisor, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Head of the Department of Public Finance Department and Taxation Department. Professor Fan conducts continuous research in development economics and public economics. Professor Fan has published more than 60 papers in authoritative journals, including American Economic Review, Social Sciences in China, Economic Research Journal, Management World, and China Economic Quarterly. Professor Fan has chaired more than 30 national and provincial level research projects, including the major bidding projects of the National Social Science Foundation of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Humanities and Social Sciences Project of the Ministry of Education. She was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award in Humanities and Social Sciences by the Ministry of Education, the Outstanding Achievement Award in Philosophy and Social Sciences by Shanghai Municipality, the Chang Peigang Award for Young Scholars in Development Economics, the Baosteel Award for Outstanding Teachers, and the Mundell-Huangda Prize in Economics, etc.
Ma Guangrong, Professor, PhD supervisor, School of Finance, Renmin University of China, Distinguished Scholar of Renmin University of China. Professor Ma’s Research areas include finance and development economics. Professor Ma has published more than 60 papers in authoritative journals, including American Economic Review, Journal of Comparative Economics, Social Sciences in China, Economic Research Journal, and Management World. Chair of a number of national projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China and youth projects. Professor Ma has been awarded more than 10 prizes, including the China Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award in Economics, the Deng Ziji Prize for Academic Papers in Finance and Economics, the Hong Yinxing Prize in Economics, and the Research Achievement Awards of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education.
