  This year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party. During its 100 years of glorious history, the CCP has united and led the Chinese people to achieve one great victory after another, making a great leap from standing up, getting rich to getting strong, and creating a miracle in the history of human social development. This article explores the genetic code of the CCP's success in four aspects: purpose, motivation, ecology and spirit.
  I. Code of purpose: "people-centred" awareness
  Since its inception, the Communist Party of China has been closely linked to the people, it can be regarded as having been born for the people and flourished because of them. First, she chose the theory of the people. The essence of Marxism is the science of people, and peoplehood is the most distinctive character of Marxism. The Chinese Communist Party has chosen Marxism as its guiding ideology, combined the basic principles of Marxism with the specific reality of China, and in the process of continuously promoting the Chineseisation of Marxism, it has absorbed and incorporated the ideas of "people-oriented" and "cosmopolitanism" from the excellent Chinese culture, constantly giving a new connotation to the Marxist view of the people, constantly strengthening the people's character of the Chinese Communist Party and firmly standing firm on the people's position. Second, the Chinese Communist Party has taken up the cause of the people. Finally, the Chinese Communist Party represents the interests of the people.From the very beginning, Chinese Communists have represented the interests of the Chinese people and the Chinese nation as a whole, and have gradually developed the Party's mass line in the course of leading the Chinese Revolution.
  II. The Power Code: a tightly organized system and a perfect power mechanism
  The Chinese Communist Party is a party of strength. It has built up a tight, complete and powerful organisational system and a dynamic mechanism of "China as a whole, concentrating its efforts on major issues", which has helped it to realise its original mission of "working for the happiness of the Chinese people and the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation". It provides a strong guarantee and a powerful driving force. On the one hand, through a tight organisational system, we can build a solid foundation and build a better cohesion of forces. It is a fine tradition of Marxist political parties to establish a tight organisational system. Since the 18th Party Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the construction of the Party's organisational system, pointing out that the Party's overall leadership and all the Party's work depend on the Party's strong organisational system to achieve, and proposing to establish a sound organisational system, institutional system and working mechanism to adhere to and strengthen the Party's overall leadership. On the other hand, through the perfect power mechanism "activation and empowerment". The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CCP Central Committee proposed to build a new national system for attacking key core technologies under the conditions of a socialist market economy. This is a new institutional arrangement made by the Chinese Communist Party at a new historical crossroads, in response to the unprecedented changes of the century and the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change, to focus on major issues under the conditions of a socialist market economy in the new era.
  III. The ecological code: the ability to self-repair with courage and self-revolution
  The Chinese Communist Party is a revolutionary political party. In its long rule, the CCP has been brave in self-revolution, constantly enhancing its capacity for self-purification, self-improvement, self-renovation and self-improvement, and always calibrating its direction on the path of leading the people to advance great causes and realise great dreams, so as to ensure that it never deviates from its course. General Secretary Xi pointed out that the greatness of the Chinese Communist Party lies not only in not making mistakes, but also in never shying away from treating illnesses, facing problems head-on, being courageous in self-revolution, and having an extremely strong ability to repair itself. The Chinese Communist Party, with its thorough self-revolutionary spirit, has been able to nurture opportunities in crises and open up new horizons in the midst of change, ensuring that CCP will continue to thrive and move from one victory to another victory.
  IV. Spiritual code: strong ideals and beliefs
  The Chinese Communist Party is an advanced type of political party. The Chinese Communist Party has established its belief in the truth of Marxism, the lofty ideals of communism and the common ideals of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and has been striving for them unremittingly. The lofty ideals and beliefs are the spiritual pillars and political soul of the CCP, and are the spiritual guarantee that the CCP always adheres to Marxism, adheres to people-centredness and adheres to self-revolution. Ideals and beliefs are the mother of success. The lives of revolutionaries such as Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai, Deng Xiaoping and Chen Yun have all been a life of struggle for communist ideals and beliefs. It can be said that ideals and beliefs are the mother of success for the Chinese Communist Party in leading the people to victory. Ideals and beliefs are the foundation of the spirit. In good times and bad, in revolution and in power, the CCP has always maintained firm ideals and beliefs and a strong revolutionary will, and has always held up its spiritual backbone and withstood the storms. Ideals and beliefs are the source of motivation. Ideals and beliefs have led generations of Chinese Communists to struggle bravely, not only during the war years, but also during the revolutionary years. Whether it is the spirit of the Red Boat, the spirit of the Long March, the spirit of the War of Resistance, the spirit of anti-American Korean War, the spirit of earthquake relief, or the spirit of the anti-pandemic, they are all concrete manifestations of the beliefs set down by the Chinese Communists, and constitute the spiritual spectrum of the Communists, becoming an inexhaustible impetus to sharpen the Communists' incessant determination to continue their struggle, and injecting the most fundamental and enduring perpetual power into the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
