Abstract:
We study the effect of logistics on unlawful activities. The receipt and delivery of a package must be in your own name(Real Name Registration, RNR) since 1st Nov.2018. Which located more logistics nodes in a county means greater shock. The implementation of RNR significantly reduced drug-taking by 4.5%. The deterrent effect on habitual offenders and complusory isolation rehabilitation are two protential mechanisms. In addition , the drug-taking activities are more significantly reduced at home, male, alone and synthetic type. We argue that these results reflect the logistics play a big role in drug trafficking.
