To actively respond to the initiative of General Secretary Xi Jinping on building a common humanity community, to better understand and build a public finance system for global governance, and to contribute "Chinese wisdom" and "Chinese solutions" to global governance, the School of Public Finance and Taxation and IIDPF promoted to host the 3rd Public Finance Summit (2022) to conduct in-depth discussions on the theme of "Public Finance and Global Governance".
This forum is supported academically by the editorial board of Management World. An open call for papers is now available, and scholars are welcome to submit their contributions.

II. Requirements for Papers
1. The submission of the essay must be the author's original unpublished paper in the format required by Management World.
2. Papers should be submitted to iidpf@zuel.edu.cn. All author information should be indicated on the first page of the paper, and the subject of the email should be "Submission to the 3rd Public Finance and Taxation Summit".
3. The deadline for the call for papers is 10 June 2022.
4. Notification of the selection of papers and invitation to the conference will be sent to the authors by 15 June 2022.
III. Outstanding Paper Selection
The organising committee will select outstanding papers among the submissions and recommend them to Management World for review; priority will be given to those papers that meet the requirements for publication.
