The research analyzed nearly 3,300 submissions to International Tax and Public Finance between 2010 and 2020 to identify trends in authorship, content, and the overall performance of the journal. The findings are as follows. First, in terms of authorship and data sources, countries of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), particularly the United States and Europe, are clearly dominant. Authors from these regions are particularly outstanding in publishing; authors from non-OECD countries made up 40% of total submissions, but they only accounted for 24% of publications. Second, while there was no significant correlation between the author's gender and submission acceptance, 90% of submissions were by male authors. Furthermore, research on tax evasion is becoming increasingly prominent, and the proportion of empirical analysis is also increasing.
