Professor ZHANG Kezhong is Doctoral Supervisor and Dean at School of Public Finance and Taxation of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (ZUEL), Deputy Director of IIDPF, Board member of the China Society for Public Finance, Executive Board member of the China Society for Development Economics, Board member and Founding member of the China Labor Economics Association. Prof. ZHANG has engaged in academic exchanges at Harvard Business School in the United States and Georgia State University. His primary research areas include fiscal theory and global public economics. He has published papers in numerous domestic and international academic journals, including Economic Research Journal, Journal of Management World, China Economic Quarterly, The Journal of World Economy, Applied Economics, and Economics & Human Biology. He has chaired and participated in various research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Social Science Foundation of China.
