LIU Erpeng holds a Ph.D. in Management and is an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the Innovation and Talent Base for Income Distribution and Public Finance, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (ZUEL). Associate Prof. Liu has led multiple national and provincial-level projects, including projects entrusted by the Central Finance Office (Central Rural Office), projects for Young Scholars of the Ministry of Education Foundation on Humanities and Social Sciences, projects of Hubei Province in Philosophy and Social Sciences, and projects of The National Working Commission on Aging. He has published over 20 papers in prestigious journals such as Economic Perspectives, Issues in Agricultural Economy, Insurance Studies, China Population, Resources and Environment, International Journal for Equity in Health, and Journal of Affective Disorders. More than ten research reports authored by him have received instructions from provincial and ministerial leaders.
