GAO Sihan holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Wuhan University and serves as an Assistant Professor and Master's Supervisor at the Innovation and Talent Base for Income Distribution and Public Finance, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. Her research interests encompass income distribution, fiscal theory and policy, developmental economics, and new institutional economics. Her research has been published in prestigious Chinese and international journals, including Chinese Rural Economy, Issues in Agricultural Economy, Economic Theory and Business Management, Guang Ming Daily, and China Economic Review. Assistant Prof. GAO is the principal investigator or a participant in national and provincial-level projects such as the Major Program of the National Social Science Foundation of China, Major Project of Key Research Bases of MOE (Ministry of Education) Foundation on Humanities and Social Sciences, and General Project of Hubei Social Science Fund, etc. Assistant Prof. GAO also serves as an anonymous reviewer for journals such as Issues in Agricultural Economy and China & World Economy, and is a board member of the Environmental Technology Branch of the Chinese Society of Technology Economics.
